Maybe you want to fit into those jeans that you fit into in high school or maybe you want those wash board abs that you never had. Either way the only way to get there is diet. Seventy five percent of losing fat is diet and believe me that is fat around your waist. You are not flabby you are fat! If you can grab an inch of fat on any part of your waist you are fat. Exercising the area will not make it go away, only losing the fat will make it go away and only dieting will work to lose fat.
So why do we get fat in the first place? Simply stated we consume more calories than we burn off. There are 3500 calories to one pound of fat. Most of us are anywhere from 20 to 50 pounds over weight. Just do the math and you can see that exercise that burns 300 to 600 calories an hour just wont get us there. We have to restrict our caloric intake to make this work.

Here’s a life changing idea
Why doesn’t everyone that purchases a personal residence start with the understanding that if you steal one for half price you can live at twice the standard of living that you normally could afford. Am I missing something here? Why wouldn’t everyone think to do that? Why wouldn’t everyone want to do that?

I find that people misunderstand when we speak about the importance of a balanced life. A perfectly balance life would create a life with no growth. To be able to improve your life you have step outside of that comfortable balance and stretch. To facilitate the type of growth necessary to live large you are going to have to mobilize large amounts of energy and resources and throw them at at the present goal. This will mean that other parts of your life will have to either suffer or at least maintain it’s status quo until this new goal is obtained. [click to continue…]

My new home / compound!
Here is my new home. If you go to my fan page on face book and like the page you will be able to access my photo library and see all of the pictures of this house. To find my fan page on face book just search face book for my name and when it comes up take the page version instead of the people version.
Well here we go again on a new round in my life. With this new web site and my new fan page on face book I am going to create a completely new way to learn to improve your life. It will include education and mentoring on real estate investing, health and fitness and a teen program. I will make sure that all types of ideas are discussed fairly and openly. I will be bringing in other experts to teach and discuss ideas from other points of view. Later we will be setting up local user groups that will be used to network and set up local vendor programs. This program will be available nation wide.
