21st Anniversary

by del on September 8, 2011

After 21 years we are stronger than ever.  That is why tonight I will be outlining the most productive investment environment I have ever participated in.  Because of this environment and our anniversary I will be offering the largest discount I have ever offered on all memberships to attendees of the Case Study tonight 9-8-11.  If you want to take advantage of it and can not make tonight’s meeting then contact the office at 713-978-6565 to sign up over the phone.  Since no one will know what the discount is until 7:00 pm you will have to call after that.  Don’t miss out.

Time to give back

by del on August 18, 2011

I have come to the point in my life that I want to give back at 10x the rate that I have been for the last twenty years with Lifestyles Unlimited.  So I am going to start two new programs to accelerate this process.

Kids Success Leadership Training Program

First have you ever wondered how unlucky some kids are to be raised by parents that have no clue on how to be successful?  I see it every day, good kids with bad or no leadership in their lives.  For this reason I want to start a kids success training program.

I am looking for a few successful parents that would like to help in this project.  To act as a board of consultants so to speak.  I would also like to have as many parents volunteers as we can get to help put on the event because I don’t think some kids should be left unsupervised.

I don’t want to exclude the very kids that need the program the most so we just need to have loving adults running the programs that we provide for them.

We need your help to grow up right. Please help with the kids program.

I think that the curriculum should include all aspects of success.  The kids need to learn how to move from dependency to independency to finally interdependency.

They need to learn among other skills, communication, team work, controlling finances, health and fitness and its benefits in life, social skills, value of lifetime education, how to deal with politics successfully, positive mental attitude and creating a positive personal self worth.

I have lots of ideas on how to teach these skills but this is too important for me to be the only contributor.

Local Leadership Program

Next I want to start up the local leadership program so that others can carry the message to the masses.  Steve Davis, myself, and our staff have worked tirelessly for 20 years on this and have only managed to reach 11,000 people over the last twenty years.

Because our program is based on real people helping real people it is very hard to scale up.  I want to change that by opening up the calling of mentor, motivator, organizer, to as many people as are willing to carry the torch.

I am going to talk Steve Davis who convinced me to dedicate my life to this goal: to help teach and lead others to start local groups of their own.  We will provide the training and in the beginning the super star investor/mentors to teach and use as examples.  But the goal is to create local super stars to lead and mentor locally.

Because I have gone through this in three cities already I know that it is no simple proposition, but it’s worth it.

So let’s get going.

I’M BACK!!!

by del on August 17, 2011

I AM BACK!!!  Doctors told me today that my surgery was healed up enough that I could start back on radiation to kill the tumors.  So for the next six weeks I am going to celebrate life by helping more people in six weeks then I usually do in six months.   I will be creating all kinds of new ways to teach and create interactive learning.  I will be offering large discounts on many of my programs and finally I will be doing some live events here at my home.  So stay tuned during this next six weeks there will be something new almost every day.

Local leaders get ready to invigorate your fellow investment friends and family.  We will be offering incentives for you too.

Back to a balanced life?

by del on June 9, 2011

Now that I am mostly moved in it is time to move back towards the center again.  I had to go way left to get to this new place and it hurts.  I have lost 20 pounds of muscle, and destroyed my health.  The doctor has me on five different drugs to heal me up.  I feel terrible and desperately need to take care of myself.  But now it is time to unpack and reorganize my life.  I have moving more than any other process in life.  As someone that needs organization and control of everything in my life moving is a death sentence.

So why did I do it.  Because I have found in life that if you don’t regularly challenge yourself in life you stop growing.  Life has only two modes, growing and dying.  You are either getting better or worst.  The day you think that you have made it to the top is the first day toward you funeral!  Since there are no do overs this means the end.

Are you happy with what you have accomplished in life?  Would you be happy with yourself, proud of yourself if you died tomorrow?  Or is it time for you to strike out on a new path and except some pain.  It is good pain like exercise.  At first it is hard to except but the more you do of it the easier it gets.  What would you have if you could have anything?  Would you do if you could do anything?  Well you can all you need is the guts to start something new.

Lets go……….Now!

I have lived the last four weeks of my life totally out to balance.  I have had no electronics, no exercise, very little phone access, no TV and no free time to relax.  It reminds me of when I work 12 hours a day in the health club industry and the same time trained to be a competitive athlete.  There is no down time, no time to think.  I literally pass out each night and wake up on the run the next day.  It has been my own little personal hell.  I don’t know how I did it then for 12 years.  I know I could not sustain it that long again.  I am lucky that I found out the secrets to being rich so young because I would be dead now if I had not.  Last I would like to say to all of you out there that are living this personal type hell in your life, please take my teachings and change your life before you die!

Sometimes in life I don't know who I am or what I am doing?

Up A Creek Without A Paddle

by damonjanis on May 18, 2011

Del Walmsley's New Mansion

My new home. Well, compound.

Del moved into his new house a couple days ago after teaching a seminar all weekend.

It’s a great house as you can see in the picture to the right. But he has no internet and his cell phone is out of range.

Which means he hasn’t been able to blog, get to facebook, or respond to emails.

I have been moving all week and will be teaching the weekend in Houston.  Please forgive the fact that I have had no time to teach or motivate this week.  Thank you.

Day #2 “12 week challenge”

by del on May 11, 2011

Small part of Del's new pool

Day two went well, stayed on diet, no drinking, but didn’t exercise unless you call moving 50 boxes as exercise, my back did.  I lost 1.2 pounds bringing my total loss to 4 pounds in two days.  Most of this loss is water weight and loss of excess waist usually carried in the body.  Don’t expect to keep this pass up.  We usually loss 2 pounds per week which equals 7000 calorie loss.  Half of this loss is from diet and half is from exercise.  Now if you are like most over weight americans then you may we normally consuming from 4000 to 5000 calories per day.  So to cut back to 2000 a day is going to mean that you will lose 3 to 5 pounds per week!

So doers lets get this done because I have an awesome pool waiting for us!

Day #1 worked great!

by del on May 10, 2011

Day one has left me three pounds lower in weight. Must have been water weight but you have to start some where. I sure hope you are on this trip with me. As I loose the weight and get back into great shape realize that I am also moving into a new home and building my new on line business. I am probably busier than you are so I don’t want to hear excuses. I want you to take ahold of your life and start changing it now!
